NEW KID ON THE BLOCK: TRAINING July 01 2015
So as we mentioned, we got hold of Bradley in preparation for his fight on Saturday 4th of July and he informed us of his prep for his big fight.
"Training is coming to an end on Wednesday 1st July after being in a training camp for the last 8 weeks ready for my pro debut on the 4th July."
"Training is based over 5 day period Monday to Friday where I stay in London with my good friend and fellow boxer Tommy Martin."
"Training over this period has consisted of daily routine of warm up, bag work, pad work and conditioning, with sparring 3 times a week with other known professionals to sharpen my ability."
"Training has been stepped up in the last 3 weeks with strength and conditioning classes, increased road work and sparring, sometimes 2 sessions a day however sparring has now finished."
"My Diet has been strict so no junk food has been allowed to make sure that my fight weight is met."
"Training Monday 29th to Wednesday 1st, leaving me Thursday and Friday to rest up before travelling to London on Saturday ready to step in that ring in front of all my supporters and do what I do best."
